Established in early 2025 by Principal Solicitor and Managing Director, Laura Blandthorn, our firm was built on a foundation of integrity and justice. After transitioning from teaching to law, Laura deliberately pursued roles in workplace law and law reform to gain a deep understanding of how legal practice intersects with government regulation, policy development, and party politics.

Solidarity Solicitors is the culmination of this experience and is unique in its approach — deeply informed by an understanding of the realities faced by workplaces and organisations operating in modern Australia and an ever-changing economy.
