Eligibility

The 15% discount on legal services is available to individuals who qualify as low-income earners.

A low-income earner is defined as someone whose total remuneration is less than AUD 60,000 in the financial year for which the advice is sought.

Proof of Income

To be eligible for the discount, clients must provide verifiable evidence of their total remuneration for the relevant financial year. Acceptable forms of evidence include, but are not limited to:

  • Recent tax return documents

  • Recent payslips or salary statements

  • Official income statements from a financial institution or employer

  • All evidence must be current and reflect the client's income for the year in which the advice is sought.

Application Process

Clients seeking the discount must submit their income evidence at the time of their initial consultation.

The discount will be applied to all eligible legal services provided by Solidarity Solicitors once eligibility is verified.

Scope of Discount

The 15% discount applies to all legal services offered by Solidarity Solicitors.

The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

The discount is not applied to disbursements, including court filing and barristers fees.

Verification and Approval

Solidarity Solicitors reserves the right to verify the income evidence provided and determine eligibility for the discount.

The discount will be applied once eligibility is confirmed by Solidarity Solicitors.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Solidarity Solicitors reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to clients through appropriate channels.

By utilising the discount, clients agree to the above terms and conditions.
